Branchin' Out

Branchin' Out is a program for young developmentally disabled individuals transitioning into adulthood. Ages 18 - 24+. We support these young adults with employment and college skills as well as making friends in a safe environment.

We meet once a week on Friday afternoons from 3:30pm - 5:30pm. The young adults also participate in community entertainment events once a month. A healthy snack is made and served at each meeting.
